Come in costume for Halloween costume photos with Big Apple Portraits, pumpkin decorating, Happy Dance Club with Lola Star, face painting, games, and more.

The Hugh, conveniently located at 53rd and Lex, is Midtown East's newest food hall with 14 restaurants in an open and airy indoor garden. 

All activities are first-come, first-served and while supplies last.
