Whether you’re an aspiring young scientist or a long-time science enthusiast, you’re sure to enjoy Lamont-Doherty’s Open House. This annual celebration features talks by Lamont's world renowned experts and dozens of hands-on activities for children and families to learn how our planet works.
Open House is free and open to the public, with a $5 suggested donation. Convenient and free shuttle buses from Columbia University's morningside campus and Crestron Electronic, Rockleigh (NJ) Corporate Park.
Please note that much of this event takes place outdoors, and is held rain or shine. For the most up-to-date information about exhibits, transportation, accessibility, and more, please visit our website.
All visitors are required to comply with the university's health and safety guidelines, including mandatory primary COVID-19 vaccination for all eligible individuals. Visitors should provide proof of vaccination if asked.
