More than 100 artists gather at Naper Settlement to show and sell their wares. Families can also enjoy a kids activity tent, community mural, balloon artist, caricature artist, music, food and beverages. Everyone is invited to showcase their own paintings on an 8" x 8" section to be included in one giant mural a the end of the festival.
