The City of Long Beach honors US military service members with a celebration for the whole family at Houghton Park.

A Veterans Recognition Ceremony is held at 12:30pm. Honorees include Gus Orozco, who also serves as the 2025 Veterans Day Celebration Grand Marshal.  The ceremony includes flyovers with historic aircraft.

All day activities include DJ sets by Mr. Quick, a bootcamp-style obstacle course, a Kids Zone, food trucks and a beer garden.

The Satin Dollz and Knyght Ryder perform.

Street parking for Beach Streets and the Veterans Hub is east of Houghton Park. ADA parking and the Paratransit drop off are located on Harding Street between Atlantic and Myrtle.
