The goats are back at the Arboretum to help munch away invasive species! Their goal this year: take care of thorny dewberry and small saplings. Come watch them do their thing as they help clean up the trails. 

Goat Viewing Tips

  • Park at the 610 Entrance for easy access
  • Stay on sidewalks and trails to avoid traffic
  • Keep children and dogs away from the fence – it is electrified to keep predators like coyotes out of the area
  • Do not try to feed or pet the goats
  • Do take lots of photos – if you post them on social media, tag @houstonarboretum so we can see them!
