Oh, duckie!  El Segundo's Hometown Fair is also Rubber Duck Adoption Day!

Guests can adopt a duck then watch the duck drop to see which one wins! Duck adoption starts at $5; winners are awarded prizes.

Other festitivies at the Hometown Fair and Carnival include music and entertainment from local talent, carnival rides, and a community expo.

The Bake-Off award prizes in various categories, including cookies, petite desserts, breads and rolls, muffins, cakes, and pies.

Wristbands go on presale at the Clubhouse in Recreation Park on April 7. The wristbands give access to the rides and games offered throughout the fair and carnival.

The event is held on the 600 Block  of N. Main Street.
