This Saint Patrick's Parade steps off at noon from the North End of Elm Street (downtown's main strip) headed south for one mile. The downtown location permits families to take advantage of the city's many parking lots and garages. The Shamrock Shuffle, a 2-mile road race to benefit the NH Food Bank, precedes the parade
