Come see how pure maple syrup is made with classes, tours and live demonstrations including tree tapping and sap boiling and live music, pancakes and more.

  • 10:15, 12:30, and 3:30. CLASSES on maple sugaring A-Z. Downstairs in the classroom area
  • LIVE MUSIC from 11-3 upstairs in the loft
  • TREE TAPPING Demonstrations given at 11:00, 12 noon, and 2 p.m. Meet on the front porch and be dressed accordingly with proper footwear
  • TOURS ongoing and also following class
  • SUGAR CANDY Making demonstration at 2:3
