Spinning into Summer Reading- Kickoff Celebration with Spinny Johnson
Bring the whole family for a fun summer event to launch the Arlington Public Library Summer Reading Challenge, including a book-themed scavenger hunt and giveaways.
11am- 12pm: Basketball performer Spinny Johnson presents some trick shot artistry in an upbeat, dynamic program that features fun and amazing basketball skills while teaching the importance of education, respect, goal setting, determination and perseverance.
Launch of the Wonder Window, an interactive window mural that captures the essence of this Summer's Reading theme, Food For Thought. Through the Wonder Window, families can explore the Westover neighborhood through a book-themed scavenger hunt
