Delight in the magic of the season with costumes from BTC’s Through the Tulle costume exhibition, all carefully paired to highlight each period room’s Impressionist art, aesthetic, color palette, and mood. Inside the Carriage Porch, dancers will perform excerpts of The Nutcracker, complete with twirling, leaping, and pirouetting in their very own snow globe.

Hill-Stead has employed extensive safety measures and precautions to keep visitors safe. A sampling of Hill-Stead’s best practices includes hosting BTC’s dance performance inside the Carriage Porch while visitors observe from outside and providing safely socially distanced exhibition tours.
