Halloween is happening in full force at Ponce City Market's famed rooftop, Skyline Park. Families are encouraged to bring costumed kids to enjoy trick-or-treating, play boardwalk games show off their costumes in costume parades at 1pm and 4pm

Tickets include unlimited game play on the roof.
