Are you a new mom? Join the Greenwich Barre Studio for a FREE postpartum barre class and expert roundtable. Whether this is your first child or your third, having a new baby at home is a challenging, wonderful, formative time. During this event, we will be celebrating matrescence and learning how to recover wellness after baby.

There will be a 30-minute barre class, focusing on abdominals and pelvic strengthening, followed by a roundtable with experts in women's health and wellness. Babies under one are welcome! This class is perfect for new moms, expecting moms, and moms who just want to learn about the postpartum period.

Cindy Sites is the owner and founder of Greenwich Barre Studio. She has spent more than thirty years honing a safe, effective, distilled form of barre method. Informed by her days as a mother of two (one of her children works with her at Greenwich Barre!), as a classical ballet dancer, and acolyte of barre originator Lotte Berk, she is passionate about bringing strength, flexibility, and longevity to mothers at all stages. @greenwichbarrestudio | www.greenwichbarrestudio.com

Emily Watson is founder of MyNestwell, an online platform that helps connect hopeful, expecting, and new mamas to their local care community. Inspired by her own struggles during her fertility and pregnancy journeys, she created this resource to help other mamas during this mamahood transition. Sarah Dolder, MD is a board-certified dermatologist and founder of Greenwich Point Dermatology in Greenwich, CT. Australian born and bred, Dr. Dolder has a unique philosophy to skincare, believing that beauty goes beyond skin deep. Julie Vincent is a busy mama of two, certified Holistic Health Coach and yoga teacher based in Rowayton, CT. Like a lot of you, she used to work in Corporate America, but after years of too much stress and inflexibility, she found her passion and transitioned her career to wellness! After becoming a mom and soon after moving to the burbs, she studied to become a certified health coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). She started Hearth Wellness to help other busy mamas find real-life ways to feel their best selves while raising a healthy family. Michelle Clifford, LAc is a licensed and board-certified Acupuncturist with a passion for women’s health and sharing the profound wisdom of Chinese medicine as it relates to the mind body connection. She is a graduate of the University of Bridgeport's three-year Master's of Science in Acupuncture program. Kat Castro PT, DPT is a women’s health physical therapist specializing in orthopedics and pelvic floor physical therapy at @physioelements in Greenwich. Passionate about all things fitness and women’s health, she supports women throughout pregnancy and into postpartum so they can maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. As a certified yoga and Pilates teacher, Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), and Certified Postpartum Pre- & Postnatal Coach (CPPC), Kat draws upon her trainings across multiple disciplines.
