Join the Martha Graham Dance Company at Montclair State's Kasser Theater for a special children's activity hour and reading of the illustrated book Ballet for Martha: Making Appalachian Spring read by the dynamic Janet Eilber, Artistic Director of MGDC.

After the story, Janet will teach our young patrons to move like Martha, leading them through some iconic Graham dance movements and gestures. 

Children ages 4+ can attend this event and stay for the 3pm performance of the classic work Appalachian Spring and world premiere of The Auditions for a one-time price of $10. Activity packets and coloring pages will be available: so come listen, move, watch, and create.
