Open to walkers, runners, hand cyclists, and racing wheelchair athletes, this 5K allows participants of all ability levels to compete together in a supportive environment. In addition to a kids' fun run and 5K race, there will also be an activity table for kids with face painting, games, and crafts.

The schedule is as follows:

  • 8:45 am: Registration opens 
  • 9:30 am: Kids’ fun run (ages 4-12)
  • 10:00 am: 5K race (adults and youth athletes).

There will be eight divisions for the 5K:

  • 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place Runner Male & Runner Female: 13-18, 19-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61 and up
  • 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place Racing Chair Male & Racing Chair Female
  • 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place Hand Cycle Male & Hand Cycle Female
