Family yoga is an ideal way to disconnect from the pressures of everyday life and spend quality time together with your kiddos.

Join Elissa Chanin-Sharp from Half Pint Yoga (RCYT and RYT-200) for a special workshop (ages 4 and up) that will be both fun and enriching for all participants. This casual class will include breathing and centering, sun salutations, partner poses, yoga games and more.
