Visit The Shoppes at East Wind for fall family fun, including an ongoing Scarecrow Contest and designated fall festival weekend.
Build a funny, spooky, or themed scarecrow with the whole family. The public can vote for their favorite scarecrow from September 28-October 26. Deadline to register is September 20. The contest is free and open to all.
All participating scarecrows will be on display throughout October, culminating in a grand showcase at The Shoppes at East Wind's Safe Trick or Treat Halloween event on October 31.
NEW THIS YEAR: The Wading River Shoreham Chamber of Commerce hosts a Fall Festival with live music from SouthBound, energetic line dancing, delicious food trucks, and a diverse selection of vendors offering unique products. Sunday, September 29, 11am to 5pm, rain or shine.
