April showers bring May flowers—and insects! Focus your curiosity on the amazing creatures that thrive amid the floral splendor of Wave Hill’s spring gardens.

Make cocoon-inspired art, learn amazing facts about insects and find out why insects are so important to our local ecosystems both big and small, from city parks and gardens to street trees and window boxes.

Kids ages 8 and up (and their adult companions) can join an insect-hunting expedition with entomologist Lawrence Forcella at 11am or 1pm.
