Asphalt Green is distributing goodie bags to the first 500 ghouls and goblins who visit its Upper East Side campus on Halloween! Festive music and decorations make for spooktacular fun.
Participation is free, but donations are welcome!
Due to COVID-19, this is an outdoor trick-or-treating event only. Face coverings are required for all participants over age 2 and social distancing measures will be in place. Event staff will wear face coverings and gloves.
