Created by Chinese Theater Works in 2005, this workshop production will be the first US showing of portions of a new, expanded production being produced in partnership with the Yangzhou Puppet Theatre of China. Celebrating the lifework of three American women pioneers of traditional Chinese “pi-ying” shadow theater in North America, Three Women, Many Plays is a multimedia, docu-shadow collaboration.
