New York City uses over one billion gallons of water every day! Where does it all come from? How does it get to us? What happens to it after we’ve used it? CUP’s Sewer in a Suitcase is a working model of the city sewer and water treatment system. Explore the mysterious workings of New York City’s water infrastructure through a series of fun (and wet!) hands-on activities with 2016 National Design Award winner for Corporate & Institutional Achievement, The Center for Urban Pedagogy.
