Connect your family to the power of healing sound vibrations.

This is an informal group meditation where parents, relatives, caregivers, and babies and children of all ages can experience the beauty of sound healing, in a relaxed setting. No need to worry about kids who need to make noise or move, as their energy simply becomes part of the soundscape.

Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, and other healing musical instruments, we'll practice mindful listening to a variety of soothing, cosmic sounds, and invite in stillness to carry with us into the week ahead. Quiet activities (books, drawing materials) are provided.

Arrive early if possible; space is limited.
