Connect your family to the power of sound vibrations. This is an informal group sound meditation where parents, relatives, caregivers, and babies and children of all ages can come together to experience the beauty of sound healing.

Using crystal singing bowls, gong, and other musical instruments, invite in stillness and practice mindful listening.
