Eduardo Navas and his Scaramouches Puppet Theatre tell the tale of Pinocchio’s original adventure, in which the puppet is tricked by Fox into throwing three gold coins into the mountain of miracles. With the aid of his real friends in the audience, Pinocchio realizes that he should go to school so he can be smart and not be fooled again.

Arrive early for more stories and art-making for the entire family!

The Museum is also celebrating El Dia del Niño, “Day of the Child,” in collaboration with neighboring non-profit organization Mano a Mano. Engage in activities, create traditional toys from Mexico, build an alebrije, a bright colorful mythical creature from Mexico's indigenous and European past, and end the day with a Piñata Party with a number of prizes.
