Bambini (ages 8+) get the opportunity to work with fresh pasta dough, and create their own filled pasta!

Kids learn how to make various filled pasta shapes, from tortellini to ravioli, and the science behind the various techniques that go behind this rustic process. The class ends with a kid's portion of Ravioli straight from Eataly's kitchens.
