Dancewave’s Moving Together program hosts community dance classes for children and adults in a community setting. Expert teaching artists lead movers of all ages and abilities in the chosen dance style.

Sunday, June 16:
Latin Dance This Moving Together class explores the movements of Latin America’s most popular dance styles. Participants of all ages will develop an understanding of the core rhythm, movement and patterns of Latin Dance.
Sunday, July 14:
Hip Hop Hip Hop dance is quintessentially NYC and this Moving Together class brings people together to celebrate the history of the social dance - learning basic movements and choreography and exploring the beats and rhythms of Hip Hop music.
Sunday, August 11:
Afro-Caribbean Dance Live drummers will bring this Moving Together class to life as participants explore the rhythms and movements of African Dance. Everyone will enjoy the exploration from footwork to the history and meaning of each movement.
