Visitors to Chelsea Market can stop by the landing outside Pearl River Mart Foods to try their hand at making various Lunar New Year decorations. Kids can make firecrackers, lanterns, good wish fans, lucky red envelopes, and origami oxen to celebrate the Year of the Ox.
