More than 20 sculptures transform Rockefeller Center into a free public art park and The Noguchi Museum and Rockefeller Center are offering a series of free family artmaking programs every other Sunday while the installation is on display.
Family artmaking programs include:
April 28 — Get the Scoop: Stories and Art
Group drop-in session
10:30 am–1:30 pm
Ages: 2–11
Families with children ages 2–11 are invited to explore Frieze Sculpture at Rockefeller Center and then make art inspired by their experiences. Led by Noguchi Museum educators; no registration is required for this drop-in program.
May 12 — 3D: Build Up!
RSVP required; 4 year olds only
10:30 am–12 pm
Families with children age 4 are invited to participate in a guided tour of Frieze Sculpture at Rockefeller Center and then make their own sculptures inspired by their experiences. Led by Noguchi Museum educators; advance registration is required.
May 26 — Your Neighborhood: Public Art
