Brighten up your February with this lantern-making family day at the Wyckoff House Museum.

Visitors will be exploring forms of light from the Colonial era, and crafting our own tin lanterns to use at home. Kids can also enjoy toys and games, get comfortable in a reading nook, explore historic crafts and objects, and take a tour of New York’s oldest house.

Farmhouse Family Days are always free to the public and open to visitors of all ages. Family Day takes place from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with the lantern-making activity beginning at 1:00 p.m.
