This at-home workout session will incorporate fun games kids love into an exercise routine to keep them engaged and exercising.  "Doowd Says" (enerGEEwhizz mascot), Freeze Dance, and Hop Scotch are just a few.  You wil need tape to make a "Hop Scotch" and a Balloon for each child participating.
