New York City-based artists with magnetic personalities lead this vibrant, highly interactive concert for children at Carnegie Hall. Discover music from around the world that is found right here in the city, including Haitian song traditions with internationally renowned singer Emeline Michel, Southeastern songs and social dances with award-winning artist Martha Redbone; and South African Zulu music with the return of beloved Musical Explorers artists Sbongiseni “Bongi” Duma and Tshidi Manye..
Free pre-concert activities take place in Zankel Hall one hour before the performance.
Show times are 12pm and 3pm.
