Author/illustrator Mo Willems, the mind behind Opposites Abstract: A Mo Willems Exhibit, reads some of his favorite books, including Opposites Abstract. You must have special Mo Willems Storytime tickets to attend this event; they go on sale at 10am on Friday, March 1.

If you can’t get tickets to the Mo Willems Storytime, there’s still plenty else to do on Saturday, March 16! Opposites-inspired programming is taking place throughout the Museum, including:

• Showings of some favorite Mo Willems Storytime Shorts!, bite-size cartoons packed with fun surprises and featuring the voices of Mo, his family, and friends.
• Opposites-inspired live performances by Wolf van Elfmand of the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music.
• A pop-up shop by Greenlight Bookstore where you can peruse and purchase a copy of your favorite Mo Willems book.
• Selfies on BCM's very own replica MTA bus and where you can meet…you guessed it, The Pigeon! Take a ride and a photo – just make sure to keep The Pigeon away from the wheel!
