Kids learn about architect Maya Lin through a read-aloud of Maya Lin: Artist-Architect of Light and Lines, by Jeanne Walker Harvey. Then, incorporating similar themes of nature and world peace, participants create collages of their own, envisioning landscapes they would want to design someday.
