The Brooklyn Children's Museum rooftop is the stage to honor Indigenous Peoples Day with storytelling, dance, and cooking, pottery, and basketry workshops, in partnership with the North American Indigenous Center of New York.
The program includes:
- Traditional dance performances, including hoop dance
- Interactive storytelling sessions
- Hands-on food demonstrations
- Craft workshops including beadwork, corn husk doll making, and terra cotta pottery
- Native artisans vendor marketplace
