Farmhouse Family Day: Soil Studies

Wyckoff Farmhouse Museum
The farm comes alive with a rainbow of colors. Create your own colorful dyed fabric with materials from around the farm with guest artist Iviva Olenick.
At 11:30am, younger kids learn about the difference between dirt, soil, and compost as well as doing some mud painting. At the 1pm afternoon session for older kids, led by Iviva, kids can do flower pressing and painting with natural dyes!
Prepare for your visit:

11:30am for ages 4-7 and 1pm for ages 8-12.

Dress appropriately for the weather as Family Day takes place indoors and outdoors - make sure to wear closed toed shoes if you plan on participating in any farm activities.
