PS 40 PTA turns 21st Street between First & Second Avenues in Manhattan into a creepy carnival, with Carnival Games, Bounce Houses, Spinning Teacups, Flying Swings, Sports Games, a DJ Dance Party, a Photo Booth and more. 

100% of net proceeds from the event go to PS40.
