Brooklyn SeltzerFest and National Egg Cream Invitational in Industry City

The Brooklyn Seltzer Museum's lively festival features vendors, interactive experiences, live music, celebrity presenters, and thrilling competitions. Explore the rich traditions, science, and future of this beloved fizzy beverage. The museum itself is housed within the oldest seltzer works in New York City—a fourth-generation, family-run business keeping the craft of seltzer-making alive.
Event Highlights:
National Egg Cream Invitational
Soda jerks from across the country compete in the second annual National Egg Cream Invitational. In 2024, the Franklin Fountain from Philadelphia took home the coveted Golden Siphon —who will claim the title this year?
The Main Stage
Featuring an all-day lineup of beverage experts, mixologists, and tastemakers, the Main Stage dives into the history of seltzer, its role in cocktails, and the latest sparkling beverage trends. Klezmer will be played.
The Booths
Attendees can explore a variety of interactive booths offering:
- Seltzer tastings from global and local brands
- Classic Brooklyn food pairings
- Engaging hands-on activities, including egg cream workshops
- Exclusive giveaways and merchandise
- Fun seltzer-themed trivia and games
