This award-winning dance boutique in the heart of Gowanus is now offering classes for kids and families. The studio aims to make dance relevant and accessible to the current generation with ballroom classes for all ages and skill levels, plus family dance classes and dance parties.

BALLROOM FOR KIDS

At Brooklyn Dance Lessons, a range of ballroom dance classes for kids of all ages and skill levels is offered. Classes are designed to be fun, engaging, and educational, providing children with the opportunity to learn new skills, build their confidence, and have fun in a supportive and nurturing environment. Whether your child is interested in ballroom dance as a hobby or as a competitive pursuit, classes are tailored to meet their individual needs and goals.

FUN DANCE PARTIES FOR KIDS & FAMILY

Come and dance with your kids, play some dance games and enjoy the dance boutique as a family! These events are created with your family in mind and are not intended as regular dance lessons.
Instead, you will spend some quality time with your kids, learn a few basic dance moves together, have fun, and raise your energy levels for the day. Dance moves may include a mix of some ballroom and modern styles and are easy to follow for everyone from a little age ( 3 years and up)

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

You can choose the Dance Party packages or you can just rent the space for your little ones.
The Dance Party packages include the studio space for your party, kids dance class, and dance games by one of the wonderful dance teachers. The staff prepares a table for your cake as well as some basic seating arrangements to enjoy it. A teacher makes sure to take some photos and videos during the class that you can share with other family members.
