Join the Monmouth Museum to create noise makers, drums and hats. Then, celebrate with a Happy New Year Parade through the Museum before gathering for a New Years Countdown at 2 pm with a ginger ale toast.

Meet for toast at 1:55pm. The event is free with $8 museum admission.
