- see all dates
Except July 13, 2019, July 14, 2019, July 15, 2019, July 16, 2019.
ReThink Theatrical is back at the Rutgers Gardens for a comical adaptation of Shakespeare’s timeless tale of star-crossed lovers. The foolishness and folly of Capulets and Montegues comes to life through energetic sword fights, hilarious actors, and the natural grandeur of the Rutgers Gardens.
ReThink Theatrical provides free and accessible storytelling to local communities. With an educational and creative approach, we produce professional quality theater for everyone.
Please visit the website to reserve your ticket now. Once tickets are reserved, patrons will be asked to arrive at the gardens 30 minutes prior to the start of each performance to park their cars, walk to the performance location, and claim their spot(s) in our open-air seating area.
Patrons are asked to bring their own lawn chairs/blankets/towels to sit on for the performance. We also suggest bringing bug spray, comfortable clothing, an umbrella, and any other items that will make your experience as comfortable as possible. A selection of vendors will be at each performance offering beverages and snacks. Cash is suggested for vendor purchases. This performance is ADA accessible.
