Those Runner Kids Outdoor Exercise Class
Those Runner Kids is an outdoor kids exercise class that gets children moving in a fun and engaging way. Led by a certified running coach and personal trainer with a youth fitness specialty, kids are introduced to concepts of running and other exercises.
Training is done through games and various activities such as relay races, games of tag, and obstacle courses. Toddlers and young kids work on gross and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, balance, coordination, speed, agility and more.
Games also introduce colors, numbers, pretend place, sharing, taking turns, listening to directions and other social skills for school readiness.
Classes are 45-minutes long.
