MPAC Arts in the Community: Free Theatre of Light Craft Workshops
In preparation for MPAC's 2024 Theatre of Light, two free crown- and wand-making workshops take place at the Morris Museum. Create magic wands, crowns and more to wear at MPAC's Theatre of Light.
Sessions take place at 10am and 1pm. Please register in advance and indicate which time slot you are attending. Space is limited!
Theatre of Light is a free MPAC Arts in the Community event taking place on Sunday, November 24 at 5pm. The universal symbol of light illuminates the rich cultural diversity of our community when the Vail Mansion Plaza is transformed into MPAC's fifth annual Theatre of Light. A curtain of stars and lights welcomes the community onto the Vail Plaza for this free evening of celebration. Specially lit magical winged dancers will perform while enchanted creatures and puppets roam about in dazzling colors. There is music, dance, ice carving and craft-making from a variety of community artists.
