Reuwai Mount Hanewald, Manager of Terhune Orchards, is offering a free pruning class in the orchards. The class is held rain or shine. Terhune Orchards’ own cider and donuts are served as refreshments. 

The team at Terhune Orchards is often asked for advice on pruning and other cultural practices in the orchards. Reuwai Hanewald explains how Terhune prunes and answers questions right out in the orchards.  She also discusses new varieties of fruit trees suitable for planting by homeowners and the difference between various rootstocks.
