The Florida Park Service is hosting the annual Junior Ranger Jamboree at multiple state parks on Kids to Parks Day. This statewide event is a great way for kids to spend the day in a park and play outdoors. Jamboree events at six parks will include opportunities to discover and explore Florida’s natural and cultural resources, learn about park stewardship, and join group activities with new friends.

During the Jamboree events, kids and families can work through the Junior Ranger passport activities and be officially sworn in as a Junior Ranger with their own badge.
