Santa Anita Park hosts the second Bulldog Derby, in which British and French bulldogs compete to see who is the fastest bulldog in all of California. All proceeds benefit Southern California Bulldog Rescue.

The running of the bullies invites bulldog owners and their bullies to dress in their best as they gather together to celebrate the Bulldog breeds. The event has a Kentucky Derby theme, with food, entertainment, giveaways, photo ops, and guest appearances in addition to the race. It’s the ultimate bulldog event of the year.
