Gene Autry's birthday is celebrated at his namesake museum with a film screening and Gene Autry-themed tours of the galleries.

America's Favorite Singing Cowboy and Autry Museum co-founder, Gene Autry, was born on September 29, 1907.  This Sunday, the Autry celebrates the occasion with a screening of his film Melody Ranch along with docent led tours of the Museum.

Guests who are wearing cowboy boots or a cowboy hat can receive a vintage Gene Autry gift at check-in

Docent led tours start at 10:30am and at noon.  The Melody Ranch screening begins at 2pm, and is presented by Gene Autry Consultant Karla Buhlman, former President of Gene Autry Entertainment and Director of the Gene Autry Music Group.
