Aspen Santa Fe Ballet brings its production of The Nutcracker to Los Angeles. This storybook production is set in the Victorian era, beginning with the resplendent party and concluding with the fantastical scenes in the second act centered around a bright and colorful carousel.
The lead roles are performed by Aspen Santa Fe Ballet’s dancers, with over 70 children from Los Angeles Youth Ballet from Encino rounding out the cast. The traditional Russian, Spanish, and Chinese pieces feature performers from around the globe who bring their traditional and authentic dances.
Sat., December 7 at 3PM & 8PM
Sun., December 8 at 3PM
The Saturday night performance features Joffrey Ballet principal dancers Jeraldine Mendoza and Dylan Gutierrez.
This performance is held in the Great Hall.
