UCLA Meteorite Gallery
The UCLA Collection of Meteorites is the largest on the West Coast and contains over 2500 samples from about 1500 different meteorites. About 100 of these are exhibited in the Meteorite Gallery.
Visitors can follow Freddie Fireball and learn some fun and interesting facts about meteorites and the solar system. There is a docent present each Sunday who is available to answer your questions.
The Gallery is open to the public weekdays from 9 am to 4 pm and on Sundays from 1 to 4 pm when it is staffed with volunteer docents. Admission is always free.
