Kids are invited to take part in a free costume parade with trick-or-treating on the Santa Monica Pier.

Kids who want to participate should gather in front of the Aquarium at 3pm to start the procession. The parade stops for treats at participating Pier businesses.

Kids who arrive without a costume can still get in on the fun; the Aquarium's Frightfully Fishy Fest is going on all weekend, and crafts at that event include calavera masks and face painting. (Those activities would be included with an Aquarium admission, which is free for kids and $5 for adults.)
