The Los Angeles Libros Festival is a free bilingual book festival that celebrates the diversity of LA, and the importance of bilingualism for families and communities in the LA region.

Guests can enjoy Spanish-language and bilingual storytelling, performances, workshops, and award-winning authors.

Highlights include a draw-off with illustrators Loris Lora, Mirelle Ortega, and Leo Espinosa, conversations with authors such as Annette Chavez Macias, Henry Barajas, Alex Sanchez, Reyna Grande, and Isabel Quintero, a jam with Latin Grammy-winning musician Lucky Diaz, Introduction to the LA BioBlitz, workshops to make crafts such as Talavera tile keepsake boxes and paper flowers, and much more.

In addition to the in person event on Saturday, there is a virtual "School Day" component on Friday.
