Animal characters take center stage in many Guatemalan masquerades, with masks representing bulls, deer, dogs, jaguars, monkeys, tigers, and more. Fowler visitors can explore these creatures in the exhibition Guatemalan Masks, then useclay to sculpt their own animal inspired by the artworks on view.

For guests that are too young to sculpt, a selection of children’s books related to Guatemala are available in a special story time corner for families.

Parking available in UCLA Lot 4, 398 Westwood Plaza, directly off Sunset Blvd | $13/day. Rideshare drop-off 305 Royce Drive.
